Please note that some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Powque Essentials purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Products must be free from chips, cracks, or damage
All accessories (lids, straws, handles, etc.) must be included
Proof of purchase required

How to Return:

Include your order number and reason for return
We'll provide return instructions and address
Ship the item back securely (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
